Michelle Waggoner
Michelle Waggoner, Mesa Union’s GATE and RTL Coordinator, is an incredibly valuable asset and leader here at Mesa Union and has our vote for “Mesa Moments” recognition. The time and effort she has put into starting the 2017-2018 school year on a great note is evident. From the start of the year, her innovative ideas, implementation of new district systems, ability to motivate and encourage teachers is exemplary. She’s constantly learning and willing to teach others without expecting anything in return. She truly has everyone’s best interest at heart, but most importantly, advocates for the growth and well being of all Mesa students. She encompasses all 5 C’s: Communication, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Cooperation, and Compassion. Th level of commitment and service she offers to the Mesa community is unparalleled.
